Legal agreement governing the use of Academic Bank services and platform

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Academic Bank ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the user ("User," "you," or "your") accessing or using our platform and services. By accessing or using Academic Bank's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Academic Bank provides a marketplace for original research papers, custom research services, and academic peer review services. Users may purchase research papers, request custom research, and submit papers for professional review.
Users must be at least 18 years of age or have legal guardian consent to use our services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
Academic Bank reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
Upon successful payment and completion of purchase, the User acquires full intellectual property rights to the purchased research paper, including but not limited to copyright, distribution rights, and modification rights.
All research papers provided through Academic Bank are original works created specifically for purchasing User. No paper is resold or distributed to multiple parties.
Academic Bank retains no rights to the content of purchased papers beyond the right to store anonymized metadata for quality assurance and service improvement purposes.
Users may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased papers with third parties without explicit written consent from Academic Bank.
All purchases are final upon successful payment processing. Refunds are only available in cases of non-delivery, material breach of quality standards, or technical errors on our platform.
Custom research orders include one round of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees as outlined in the custom order agreement.
Academic review services are non-refundable once the review process has commenced. Users will receive detailed feedback reports as specified in their service agreement.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase through our official support channels. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Academic Bank management.
Academic Bank maintains strict confidentiality regarding all User transactions, personal information, and purchased content. No information is shared with third parties without explicit User consent.
Each purchase includes a legally binding confidentiality contract that ensures User privacy and content ownership. Digital contracts are automatically generated and stored securely.
All writers, reviewers, and staff members are bound by comprehensive non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) that protect User information and content confidentiality.
Users may request additional confidentiality measures or custom contract terms for high-value orders. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Academic Bank's liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
While we guarantee original content and provide Turnitin reports, Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their institution's academic integrity policies.
Academic Bank does not guarantee acceptance for publication in any specific journal or conference. Publication assistance services are advisory in nature.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures beyond our control, may affect service delivery without liability.
